I was assisted by Brody, who put oil in my Ford Territory, & he couldn't have been more helpful, courteous & sympathetic to my plight, when I told him I wasn't strong enough to hold the oil container. These guys went out of their way to help me. I had a flat battery and the shop had just closed. They opened the doors and assisted me with the correct battery even after hours.

not enough staff with knowledge on board and service quality was rather low and not as helpfull or quick; i requested help with which wiper blades i required for my vehicle of which i was pointed to the area they were kept in the store and not assisted with the selection or advised of the specifics to each model vehicle.
