went into the store looking for masking tape, was advised of the location where they were kept, when i went looking for some help to see which was best for painting a house and which would not rip paint of i had to wait 20mins for some customer service as the consultants were all busy.

not enough staff with knowledge on board and service quality was rather low and not as helpfull or quick; i requested help with which wiper blades i required for my vehicle of which i was pointed to the area they were kept in the store and not assisted with the selection or advised of the specifics to each model vehicle.
