Worst service ever! I received damaged rim and I emailed and called so many times to explain and had no answers. I asked for a refund on the damaged wheel but they blamed the transit company saying it was damaged on transit which is incorrect as the boxes were perfect condition. They wanted nothing to do with me. Never buy again.
Approximate cost: $1700
I was having the worst couple of days. I had my wallet stolen from my car and the next day, I had a flat tyre. A colleague recommended me to get my tyre changed at Autocraze. I was exhausted and it must have shown as I struggled to explain what I wanted to get done. A guy at the counter told me that he'd take care of everything and that I'd just have to sit down and wait. When it was all done, he said it was free and wished me Merry Christmas! He couldn't have known that I had a lot of money stolen the day before but somehow he could tell I was in trouble. It was the best service and an act of kindness I've ever experienced. Thank you! I'm going to recommend you to everyone.
