I was having the worst couple of days. I had my wallet stolen from my car and the next day, I had a flat tyre. A colleague recommended me to get my tyre changed at Autocraze. I was exhausted and it must have shown as I struggled to explain what I wanted to get done. A guy at the counter told me that he'd take care of everything and that I'd just have to sit down and wait. When it was all done, he said it was free and wished me Merry Christmas! He couldn't have known that I had a lot of money stolen the day before but somehow he could tell I was in trouble.
