I've been a shopper with Autograph for a few years now but I have never come across such poor customer service. I've been into this store 3 times in the last 6 months and I have NEVER had any staff member approach me at any stage to say hello or ask if they can help. Today I visited the store again and the staff member was just standing at the counter looking like they would rather be anywhere else than where they were and smiling was something they knew nothing about. I will never enter that store again. I will shop with Rockmans BeMe, not only for their clothing but for the excellent customer service I received from Taylor who not only greeted me with a smile and hello, but found two perfect items for me to buy. Maybe the manager/owner of Autograph should send their staff to Rockmans to see how its done.

Good 'plus sizes' (size 14+) women's clothing. Expensive, until they have their frequent sales and then many things drop below the $20 mark. Good work shirts, nice tops.
