Amazing slices- they are homemade. No real healthy choices for lunch however, so I go elsewhere for lunch. They are closed on Mondays which is annoying for uni students with few nearby options!
The range is really limited at this Myer store. They are also often out of stock on sale items, ie womens shoes. They also run out of sizes, or never stock them. I tend to avoid this store for those reasons.
Not as good as some Cheescake shops in Melbourne. More limited range, fewer specials. Cakes are of similar quality.
Really cheap fruit and veg. Some of the quality is not great, but it is alright, although some things I will pick up from the supermarket if it looks a bit sub-par. Limited parking is annoying.
I wanted a pair of runners and they found me a pair of Brooks. I just about had a heart attack when I saw the price tag- at least $60 more than internet prices- I would pay a bit more for an actual shop but $60 for a 5 minute fit? The salesperson tried to reassure me they were mid-prices shoes.
Approximate cost: $175
Expensive, and no car parking. Often the equipment and TVs were broken. Dodgy 'special events' where they cancel all regular classes and make you pay (again) for the *special* classes. They are just out to make a quick buck and survive because they are the only women's only gym.
Went here with a friend and I ate fish and chips. Went home, horrible gastro. Friend had same. We had both eaten off each other's plate. Dodgy.
Approximate cost: $12
I had my blocked wipers 'fixed'. They aren't fixed. Also bought 4 tyres here- way overpriced except they gave me a petrol voucher which made up for some of it.
Approximate cost: $400
Why are they always understaffed here? Maybe they enjoy getting customers to wait for an hour. They are also not the cheapest, despite what they claim. You can get a much better deal from an independent, which I am for my next overseas jaunt.
This is modern Australian dining for Ballarat. Because it's Ballarat, it's overpriced and a reasonably uninspiring menu. It gets pretty crowded because there's not many modern Australian places to eat in Ballarat. Just ok.
