Like most people, I've generally had absolutely awful experiences with automechanics. From unexplained costs, to unnecessary repairs to unwanted delays, all with an undertone of poor communication skills and not even a minor nod to customer service values. Which is why I've been using Darren and his team at Autorite, conveniently locatted in East Perth, for almost 10 years. Autorite East Perth does the job on time and according to the schedule they've told you every time. If there's any issue with a standard service, they call to let you know what the problem is and how much it will cost to fix before commencing any work. The pricing is standard and reasonable, and I've never had a problem with the workmanship of any job they've done. Time and again, they've gone out of their way to help me with my family's cars. They gave my family their loaner car for a week on one occasion in order to fix a particularly stubborn and difficult to reproduce issue with one of my cars. This is one of the few Perth businesses I can't recommend highly enough.
