I have only ever gone to Axis and never left unsatisfied. The people, quality of product and service always exceed my highest expectations. They are not only incredibly equipped at what they do (always making you feel a million bucks) but they have an amazing team, always greeted with a smile. Love this place, highly recommend!

I went to Axis for years and, although expensive, did a good job. Unfortunately all the lovely staff have left and they treat customers and junior staff poorly. I miss Gianni.

At my final appointment (which was made on the quietest day of the week and first appointment of the day so I could be as quick as possible, due to an injury, which I explained to them), I was kept waiting 20 minutes before even being greeted and the appointment for a trim - no colour - took 2 hours and cost more than a trim should.

I visited Axis at their new location in Lonsdale Street, Braddon, today, and couldn't be more pleased with my new colour. My stylist immediately understood what I wanted, and provided that extra care and attention to give me a really great result.

All the staff are friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make sure your visit is a great experience. You will need to book ahead, as they are very popular!

The cost is higher than I had been paying at my previous hairdresser, but I think the results are worth it.

I had my hair cut by Adam last week. I have recently moved back to Canberra and was recommended to him by my beauty therapist. Although it took almost 5 weeks to see him it was worth the wait. The salon was very busy and still gave me all his attention. He gave me a great haircut and he made me comfortable. The coffee was AWESOME. My daughter saw him yesterday and was impressed also.

Fantastic hairdressers. One of the best that I have visited. Adam and John are both brilliant cutters, Adam also colours. Professional, on time I don't recall ever having to wait. They take the time talk to you and understand what look you are after.
