Friendly and helpful service here. They're really lovely and happy to help you out. Unfortunately It's a little expensive, but alterations generally are now. They're really quick though ;-)

Easy to drop off and pick up alteration. If you're in a hurry they'll prioritise your piece for you.

It's possible that you could leave your piece, do your shopping, have a lunch at one of the fine cafe/restaurants in St Ives shopping centre and pick up your piece when you go home.

They're kind and will even ask you if you'll be around. Offers to call, if you've got the mobile on you. Reasonably priced, I think if you're giving them a lot of jobs, you could possibly haggle. I haven't done that yet, but if that works for you let me know.
