Campbell and Deidre are wonderful professionals to deal with. A wealth of experience and wisdom. A balanced long term view - sensible stuff.

These guys are FANTASTIC! For 5 years now I have been constantly impressed with their high standards of professionalism and competency.

I can only assume these reviews are fake (look at how they are all clustered around the same time 2 years ago). My experience with [Redacted name] was very disappointing. He issued charges that weren't part of our original agreement. When I raised the issue with him he immediately said:

"It is unfortunate you wish to dispute the account.
I am not used to arguing with clients over fees.
On the basis of this, I will:
1. Raise credit notes for the work done.
2. Resign as acting as your accountant and tax agent."

It's crazy he didn't even try to work through the issues. I suspect he's getting so close to retirement that he just doesn't care that much anymore.

Anyways, just thought I should save someone else the future trouble of dealing with him.

Campbell and the team were very accommodating & easy to deal with. I have just moved to Brisbane and will happily continue to use their service and recommend them to anyone.

To reiterate what many others have said here: good to experience old fashioned customer service, personal attention & care. A welcome change from big city offices & underwhelming office workers. Thanks again to BIT for 2014.
