Their main selling point is the complete customization of your burger, in terms of the quantity and nature of the various fillings you want (your choice of meat/s, vegetable/s, sauce/s, condiment/s). You could hypothetically have a burger without 1 type of filling, 2, 3 or 4.
It is a little pricier, given the time/labour spent on customization. But great for people who prefer their food made a particular way.

The burgers and balls from Babu's are amazing! I definitely love the pink mayonaise and the green sauce. The burgers are very filling and worth every penny.

Had the 'Babu favorite' veg burger, realllyy delicious! and very filling. I'm always disappointed by the lack of taste in veggie burgers but this is one of the best! Only downside was that patty was burnt at edges.
Owner/manager? asked if everything was ok, as did the server. They seem to take feedback seriously.
Will be back.

I checked this place and it was the best burger I have ever had.
The chips was cut evenly and the wedges too!
I asked my burger Medium and it was exactly medium(I'm a chef so I know), it was fresh and very juicy, full in mouth watering smells and flavours.
I think it makes Grilld looks like frozen burger next to babu

I don't know why I didn't go to Grill'd instead and still regretting that decision. The beef burger I had was overcooked, burnt and very dry. I asked for medium well but it was definitely very well done, if not burnt. I had to drink lots of water after every bite or else it would get stuck in my throat. There were no sauce in the burger and I took a bottle of pink mayo from the counter hoping that it would taste better, but it did not. Also ordered potato wedges, they were not cut evenly and the bigger cuts were still raw. The burger did not come with cheese and have to pay extra 60 cents for a slice of cheese.
