My husband and I visited Baby Train today as first time parents to be and we were instantly greeted at the door by Lynne who proceeded to help us. The advice she gave us was really helpful and all her suggestions and product knowlege was reassuring and practical. We felt like she really listened to our needs and tailored our package to suit. better than what i ever expected.for years ive always gone to baby bunting first but i thought i will pay this store a visit for its closer to me and was very happy

The service at Baby Train was unbelievable! I had been to Baby Bunting a few weeks earlier and there is no comparison. Lynne was great! She helped us with all our baby furniture needs. Very knowledgeable and helpful, she recommended products that suited our circumstances and I left there feeling very confident in the use of everything she had recommended (I'm about to be a first time mum & have never really had anything to do with "baby stuff")....Oh, and the member's discounts were amazing too :)

Went to get a car seat checked and one installed today- the staff are amazing, extremely helpful and knowledgable and friendly! Will definitely be going back there again and again!

We went to this shop for our very first purchases for our first baby. Lynn who is one of the team members is very helpful, polite & friendly. She answered all our questions & any doubts we had. She even shared her personal experience of using the similar products with us.
We are very happy with our iCandy Pram & Maxi Cosi Euro car seat. Both products are top of the range at very competitive prices.
Would highly recommend this store to everyone who is looking to buy stuff for their upcoming new borns.

Even though my kids aren't babies anymore, I still go to Babytrain for gift ideas. There is always an interesting range of products that are reasonably priced. I have recommended friends to get car seats installed and they are always very satisfied with the quality of service.

I walked into Babytrain not really knowing what I needed or wanted to buy. A wonderful woman called Lyne served me and all I can say was it was like shopping with my own mother. I never felt pressured to buy, she took so much care and time finding out my needs (asking about boot space in my car, car seat requirements for my other children) and explaining how certain products would fit my lifestyle.
I had looked elsewhere prior, but never received the same service and felt like Lyne really cared about helping me find all of the things I needed to prepare for my precious baby's arrival. She is more like a guardian angel than a shop assistant.

Love Baby Train's customer service and understanding of what each situation requires. As a mother expecting twins. I was nervous already! Baby Train made it easy to select the right products for my situation...
