I walked into Babytrain not really knowing what I needed or wanted to buy. A wonderful woman called Lyne served me and all I can say was it was like shopping with my own mother. I never felt pressured to buy, she took so much care and time finding out my needs (asking about boot space in my car, car seat requirements for my other children) and explaining how certain products would fit my lifestyle.
I had looked elsewhere prior, but never received the same service and felt like Lyne really cared about helping me find all of the things I needed to prepare for my precious baby's arrival. She is more like a guardian angel than a shop assistant.
