They do great package deals and really try to give you the best deal for your money. I would definitely recommend them. best experience over every other baby shop/website. straight after i placed the order i got an email saying it went through with the confirmation. i called up to ask how long it would be and the girl was heaps nice and very professional, great customer service! then i waited like 3 days and i got my package. it was for a friend of mine and wanted it by that week end, i got it pretty much straight away, very very happy with the quick delivery, i usually have to wait weeks for my things to get delivered from other websites! i gave the present to my friend and she absolutley loved it! it was in perfect condition and looked great. i just wanted to say thank you to baby zone direct in making my life so much easier and giving my friend such a good present!!! a recommended website to anyone!!

Staff are helpful and informed. They gave me a discount for bundling all my my baby needs from them eg. cot, mattress, baby seat etc. Good range of products. Great experience overall.
