Baby Zone is awesome now that the refurb is complete. There is so much more choice and much easier to locate items. The layout is perfect. I love their sales as well, always pick up a bargain their and great quality stuff for my little one.

Ordered an paid online for car seat. Did not arrive so called to clarify. They said was out of stock and would be at least 6 weeks. How hard is it to get your online business to know stock quanties. Took 8 emails and 10 phone calls to get money refunded.

look the products are great but price wise arrrkkk, they charge over the top prices and postage. Why bother. If they keep the price competitive then ok. I did send an email asking if they price match and i got a response that prices are the prices stated.

Great store for all your needs for babies, toddlers and young children. We have been regular customers for a couple of years now, and have good rapport with one of the ladies in particular. i have outfitted the kids nursery, baby-proofed the house and bought car seats from here.

They have A LOT of baby related products here and if you buy a lot of stuff togethetr you can get a good discount! Te product i origionally wanted wasnt in so they ordered one for me but found out it wasnt going to be in for a month or two yet so i was allowed to swap it for something else at no extra cost!

We have been customers of baby zone for a number of years now ( nearly 8) from when they were in corrimal. all the staff are helpful but dont offer advice where its not wanted. They will price match any price and layby for 12 weeks.

Shopping for a pram for my newborn first child and wasn't really sure what I wanted so told staff member basics and was told this was this best bought it took it home had bub 3 weeks later and found out it was useless. Took pram back and they were happy to exchange on another ( cost more) a really nice pram with great accessories but have since found out could of bought same for cheaper elsewhere and should only shop here when they have their sale on as prices are otherwise inflated

Baby Zone Direct have proven time and again to have the best priced products. All items I have purchased I have been able to get delivered cheaper than the 'special' prices quoted over the phone by other Baby shops with the bonus of not having to travel to pick an item up saving me even more money.

Was shopping with friends for baby goods...staff were very helpful. Their range of products was excellent especially in prams. We were very satisfied with our overall experience at this supplier.
