I really enjoyed shopping at babyzone. I bought everything for my baby at this shop! They have a great range of stock the staff was very helpful especially because it was my first baby, I was a little clueless! I previously went to some of the bigger baby stores and I found at babyzone that they were very knowledgeable on all of their products.. The way the shop is set up it was very easy to find everything, I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who is expecting or has children at the moment. I do not shop anywhere else due to my pleasant shopping experience.

I like to support small business, but although they were friendly I found their prices in general very high in comparison to other small baby stores.
I received very poor customer service when I purchased a single large hook for my pram, with a price tag of $12.95 on it, which must have scanned up at $16.95 (price of a small and large hook) and the lady who served me looked puzzled and on the sly removed the price tag and charged me $16.95. I didn't notice the price as I had bought other things until I got home and looked at my receipt and then realised what I saw her do made sense. The packet with 1 large & 1 small hook was priced at $16.95 so both items must have been entered into the computer as the same price.
There was no one else in the store at the time so the lady should have gone over to the items to see what they were all priced at and if it was tagged at the wrong price (which it wasn't) she should have given me the lower price, made the loss of a measly $4 and repriced the other items on the shelf. I have worked in retail and have done this with a smile.
I did go back and receive a refund.
My husband owns and runs and a small business with his brothers and I having worked in retail in the past, to me this is very poor customer service and reflects poorly on the business.

We needed to purchase two car seats for our twins girls, as you can imagine this is rather expensive but after doing our research and comparing prices etc, we found baby zone to be significantly cheaper. At the store we received excellent customer service - this is a family run business and we dealt with the son and daugther who were knowledgeable about the product we wanted to purchase - they also threw in a couple of other freebees. It is refreshing to know that customer care still exists. Great company to deal with.

The best baby store i have found in Perth. Went looking all over the city for baby stores and the only one I liked was in my own backyard. They have a great range. Some things are pricey and others are a complete bargain so look around. I found our car seat there cheaper than anywhere else and our cot as well. Good customer service, they don't pester you every 5 minutes but they're around when you need them.
