i’m the owner of Baci hsir marco ,,i have read all the review and we never take things for granted even though we have been in business for over35yrs … however there have been reviews left that is totally a lie .. in one of them if your reading this at moment you would of come across the customer said that I went to her bag a took a voucher out of it … the best part is she saying … without me asking her … for starters i have no idea who are you and second of all i don’t ever go into someone bag unless someone has specifically ask in most case to get there phone out ….

I have had my hair done here in the past.
The staff were pleasant and did as I asked with their own little twist but everything turned out ok in the end.
The prices are a bit on the high side but for a once off hair do for a special occasion I guess it is worth the money.
I can't afford to go back due to my tight budget, but if you have the money to regularly get your hair done and want to feel spoilt, then it's a great place to try out.

Worst experience that I have ever had. The staff are incredibly rude, the senior hair dresser (who I think was actually the owner) had the nerve to go into my hand bag and get my voucher out without even asking first! He didn't ask what colour foils I wanted just did it with out asking. Luckliy the colour turned out ok. He asked me 4 times how I wanted my hair cut and even after me telling him 4 times how I wanted it he ignored me and cut it how he wanted it. He was very intimidating and rude and left me an extremely long time waiting in between things happening to my hair. I left feeling very upset and undervalued, my hair looked terrible and like it was a big ball of fluff. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all.

The senior hair dresser is very professional. I've been here once and was very satisfied. I asked for a hair cut that would suit me and told them to do whatever they thought would suit me best. My friends have been here before so I knew they'd do a good job. and to no surprise, I had an awesome style cut! :)

It was blow dried and styled too. It definitely exceeded my expectations.

The only down side is the price. Im a uni student so the final cost was a blow to my little budget. I would like to go back but I cannot afford it right now. The service here was top notch. No complaints on that aspect.

They do recommend alot of products and really insist that you buy them. Bit hard to turn them down but i really had to.
