Worst experience that I have ever had. The staff are incredibly rude, the senior hair dresser (who I think was actually the owner) had the nerve to go into my hand bag and get my voucher out without even asking first! He didn't ask what colour foils I wanted just did it with out asking. Luckliy the colour turned out ok. He asked me 4 times how I wanted my hair cut and even after me telling him 4 times how I wanted it he ignored me and cut it how he wanted it. He was very intimidating and rude and left me an extremely long time waiting in between things happening to my hair. I left feeling very upset and undervalued, my hair looked terrible and like it was a big ball of fluff. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all.
