Seemed very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Initially they were very confident the physio would help me and told me I needed to come twice a week. After my third visit when it was obvious it actually wasn't helping me, I was told I'd have to do pilates there twice a week and even though the physio won't help me I should use my remaining 2 medicare funded appointments to do more physio, so basically wanted me to waste $160. It felt like they didn't actually know how to help me, but wanted to take my money anyway. I haven't made further appointments.
