We had some issues with the first delivery, but back to Futon came back with a replacement sofa bed frame and install it for us. The replacement bed frame looked a lot better and not scratched up like the previous one we received. So am pleased with the replacement.

Bought my futon sofa bed a week ago. and not happy with their excuse. The cover has some faint marks and little white stains on it and i contacted them on the day I receive it.
Their excuse is this is how they are made!
How could any one not check that before it was dispatched and maybe change the covers ????
This is because I am from NSW so they couldnt care less with my purchase. Not very honourable attitude!

I've had my Back To The Futon mattress for approximately 16 months now and it has not lasted. It is now out of shape, sags in the middle and is terrible for my back. I've never experienced that with a futon mattress. Mine is a Sumo Wool version. Never again.

Bought a futon mattress delivered on Tuesday, changed my mind Wednesday (never used), tried to return on Saturday. No refund, no return. Not happy. Would give zero stars if I could.

If you are looking for Futons where is no place like “Back to Futon”. They have several branches – the shop I have been was at 118-120 High Street Preston. I will give them 10/10 for Quality, Service and Value. If you are looking for high quality Futon at a very competitive price, you should look nowhere apart from “Back to Futon”. I highly recommend this place who are looking for a good night sleep 
