Bought my futon sofa bed a week ago. and not happy with their excuse. The cover has some faint marks and little white stains on it and i contacted them on the day I receive it.
Their excuse is this is how they are made!
How could any one not check that before it was dispatched and maybe change the covers ????
This is because I am from NSW so they couldnt care less with my purchase. Not very honourable attitude!
