Very friendly customer support team that was helpful and reassuring when I wanted to return a backpack. Received a reply in record time and the entire process was very hassle free.

I purchased from Bagworld and paid for express service and delivery as we needed the item urgently. It was 4.42pm the day the items were due to be posted before they informed me the item had been discontinued and was not in stock. I needed it the following business day and expected it to have been posted by then.
It was too late for me to find another supplier and make that days post, so I got left stranded without the items we needed so urgently.

We had a similar excellent experience as the previous reviewer. We had been looking for a particular type of backpack which could handle two laptops and multi pockets for chargers and cameras. After looking around shops and not being able to find any which fitted those requirements, we discovered a couple of styles on this website unlike anything we'd seen before.

Their customer service is fantastic and the price, compared to what we'd seen for similar, but not nearly as good merchandise at other retailers, was much cheaper. Once the bag was ordered we got an email within a few hours to say it was on it's way and sure enough, it was delivered the next day.

The quality of the bag is fantastic and the price of $59 for the features was a fantastic bargain.

Would not hesitate to order any other bags from this company.
