Very easy to deal with. If I had questions they would get back to me quickly. Didn't rush through explanations. My only criticism was they only opened up appointments 2 days at a time which made it difficult for to get things started.

I am a concierge and have this place numerous times (through-out the week and on weekends) with no success on behalf of my client. In July, my client asked me to call them regarding some diverters they installed back in March of this year as one is jammed and the other has been installed the wrong way. Too date - all I have managed to do is to speak to a receptionist during the week and a guy that holds down the forte on the weekend with both of them promising me that someone would contact me the following day to make an appointment to no avail. Quoting is good. Getting the job done is fine. Getting the job done right and after sales services is appalling.

Have bought from this company time and time again for my clients and for myself. They are consistently the cheapest, have free delivery and are super fast getting the products to you. Highly recommend this company.

Fantastic company. Called them as I saw they were highly recommended on this site. Spoke to a guy Monday and he said he would get back to me with a time. Called back Monday night night. Said they would arrive at 8.00am on Wednesday - turned up ON-TIME. Spent over an hour at our place working on tapping a gas pipe. Cleaned up after themselves and ensured everything was back where they found it. EXCELLENT COMPANY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Great Fruit & Veg Shop. Great selection of fresh and seasonal F&V. They also have a great deli section where you can buy quality small goods, cheeses, dips and some of those more exotic items that would be hard to find in your local shopping centre. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Can thoroughly recommend them :)

I own a concierge business and I take all my client's alterations to Jodee, the proprietor and her team. She specialises in Wedding Dresses - altering them and making them from scratch but she also is a general tailor and does fabulous and professional alterations and repairs which is what I mainly use her for. She knows all the tricks of the trade and some of the repair work she is done has amazed my clients. I highly recommend the Fitting Room for all your needs.

I had Phillip from Ovens and BBQ Cleaning come out to clean my oven, my range hood and my stove top. He did a completely thorough and professional job. There were no fumes and in fact he took everything out of the house to clean it as he had set-up a work station next to his van. He laid down mats to ensure no dirt or grit went onto my kitchen floors and left no mess to clean up after he left. I would definitely recommend this service.

Never think of Mike's for my clients as he has a simple store in the lane ways at my local shopping centre. However after calling a couple of other places to have some urgent engraving done for a client and them telling me it will take up to a week to do I called Mike's out of desperation and because they came up on this site. They were able to do my job in 20 minutes. Very happy and my client was very happy with the result. Will use them again.

Called them to find out what wedding guest registers they had. Immediately got put through to the Stationery department and was greeted by a lovely friendly lady. I told her what I wanted and she went and came back with everything they had and described it to me over the phone. Lovely, polite and very helpful. A very positive experience.
