I wouldn't recommend the service at all how rude this [redacted personal identifier] lady is I had to ask to split my visa payment as I couldn't remember my pin explaining my phone had been hacked then shingles my memory was shot she asked for my license I had it but couldn't pull it out I showed instead Medicare MasterCard opened my purse said it's all me tutting away with a nasty look on her face then putting my card through for the first $99 smiled an said nope insufficient funds I asked her to try again same thing louder she said again I then said excuse me I know there are funds in the account the other staff member came up an said to [redacted name] I think her name was its the machine then it went through my son an myself were in a rush being Saturday after 4 pm now and I know she heard so after doing the transaction she wants to pull it out an check for marks I had no time an would need to return if a problem hopefully not it's a prezzy...well it was marked pulled stained shocking quality so I rang 11 Sunday morning and said I wasn't happy the way I had been felt with an I wasn't going to make a scene an if unsure about a product it should be checked before going on the floor I went in 2hrs later all comforters still on floor not checked still I took my mum she couldn't believe the service I was waiting to get money put back in visa an she had another sale incredible! Meanwhile I found another for $60 so when she finished I asked her to just refund $70 to visa can't company's policies have to put $130 back ( takes day before you can access then wanting to draw another $60 that's it left it will never go back absolute disgrace the customer care still can't believe it uncalled for nasty !

A good selection of bedding, towels etc. Often discounted or on offer. Quality seems fine and prices very reasonable. Good value for money. Staff more than happy to help and friendly with it.
