We have already left a review once Katie had helped us secure our construction loan, just wanted to jump back on and speak about our experience after that, all the way up to handover and full settlement.

We were fairly overwhelmed by the process of picking all our colours and upgrades and once construction had started the process of each stage of building was exhausting.

The last thing we needed was any additional stress, but Katie made sure everything ran extremely smoothly and quickly on the finance side of things. One email is all it took to say we needed payment for the next stage and she had it covered immediately. Did not have to speak to the bank once throughout our entire build. Katie did it all.

It wasn't even the finance side of things, she was on top of every administrative component the whole way up until final settlement. Including applying for grants etc. Some things that even slipped our mind. Could always count on a clear email with heaps of notice reminding is what needed doing.

Any questions we had were answered immediately. At times we felt like we were her only client!
