She gives you a program that only you need rather than some generic gym type one which had actually made me worse! Glad I tried with Kerry and fixed my problem.

I've been seeing Kerry for weekly pilates classes for about 18mths now. She has seen me through a bad injury and lots of ongoing problems adjusting each weeks session accordingly. She explains each move very clearly and ensures each client is doing exactly what they should be. I originally met Kerry in a much larger class in the gym and even in the large groups her attention to detail and body awareness was second to none.
I always walk out feeling better than when I walked in.

Kerry has a pilates studio and offers small, personalised sessions of 3 or 4 people at most. I attended classes all through my pregnancy, and she customised every session for each person, stopping to treat specific issues as they appeared. She also does amazing massages.
