Missed key issues with the car, recommended work that wasn't required, loan car was awful and expensive, would not use again.

The food is pretty good, although it's a bit inconsistent. Some dishes are nice and others are not. The service is generally good, sometimes a bit excessive, especially if it's quiet, which it often is when we're there. Might be better for take away than eat in. We do like going there though.

It's always noisy, so it's not great if you want to have a conversation. Their service is very inconsistent and usually less than great - we've been forgotten, been ignored, had waiters who refused to look at us, and food dropped on our table and chairs. The food is nice, but not worth the hassle.

I received treatment for about 18 months prior to the birth of my second child, and had good results for my stiff neck, back and hip issues. They also offer nutritional advice and education on chiropractic for those of us who have no idea what it's all about. I did not experience the results I was seeking, and felt less comfortable with it during pregnancy and tried osteopathy instead.

We dealt with one of the principals when setting up our business and personal structures. They were slow, unresponsive, failed to listen and then had the gall to charge us for the time spent fixing their mistakes. Their advice was unhelpful and impersonal.

Kerry has a pilates studio and offers small, personalised sessions of 3 or 4 people at most. I attended classes all through my pregnancy, and she customised every session for each person, stopping to treat specific issues as they appeared. She also does amazing massages.

They're always friendly, thorough and grateful for your business, and they really seem to care about your car. Once they even drove me home because I didn't have any other way of getting there and back.

Catherine treated me for various food allergies, and within a few months had got me to where I was mostly healed, but it didn't last. I was also using a couple of quite expensive natural treatments that I later learned she was getting a commission from. She seemed to know her stuff, even though she relied a lot on her electro-dermal screening machine, but I found her personal style didn't suit me very well so I stopped going after several months.

They looked after my dog about four times over a few years, for a couple of days up to a week at a time, when we went away on holidays. They took great care of her and seemed to get quite attached to her while she was there. She seemed to enjoy being there more than at home!
