I phoned on Tuesday, arranged for tradesman to come out and quote on Friday between 9am-12pm, with a phone call 30mins before arrival.
At 1:30pm, after no telephone call, I telephoned them! They told me that "they've been held up", then told, "they would be another 'couple of hours', but they'd call before they turn up".
The office knew that they had been delayed, could they not have had the courtesy to telephone and advise me of the delay? It wouldn't have been an issue for me.
Now, I am so annoyed at the lack of common courtesy shown, that I am writing this poor review.
Obviously the COVID19 Pandemic hasn't affected their business and they don't need the work.

Very helpful, all the staff were very nice and willing to talk and accomodate me with what i needed. Worth checking out.

I went in looking for some Frosted look glass for a bedside table.

I ended up spending 15 min arguing with the sales consultant, who said that the two samples of glass I was comparing were exactly the same except one was thicker which caused it to be a slightly different color.

I knew he was either wrong or lying so I asked to speak to the manager. Obviously straight away the manager said that they were different samples, with one having a greater amount of white.

I cannot believe the sales consultant could stand there and repeatedly tell me that they were the same sample, just thicker???

They fitted a mirror into a frame I had at home. I don't remember the exact price but it was very reasonable. The staff were very helpful with the request and the job was done very well. It was a few years ago now and the mirror still looks as good as new. Will definitely return for any glass/mirror work I need done in the future.

We had to get a professional company to come out. Our real estate asked just to use these guys. They were out first thing in the morning had the correct glass for the area and fitted asap. Very happy with them.def recommended

We had glass splashback, shower screens and mirrors out in our new home by balcatta glass. The work was carried out promptly and efficiently, the only problem was that the splashback had to be taken away twice as is was the wrong size. They finally got it right on the third go, but as we hadn't moved in yet this was not a problem. Nice workmen, friendly and cheerful. I would use Balcatta Glass again

When we had our house broken into they smashed a window to gain access. Balcatta glass were quick and repair the window within an hour of ringing them. They delt direct with the insurance company, no hassle, no fuss and they did a good job as well.
