It would have been a 5 out of 5 except for the cold!.Brrrrr...That was the only thing l could fault!. Yes!.Next time l will being an extra jacket l can tack off! Once we sailed through the clouds to witness the magnificent sunrise it didn't matter!...Great family business that has not lost it's passion of flying for all those years!..Thank you John and Justin for a most amazing experience!..Not to forget the breakfast in the barn.. LOVED IT!..

A terrific morning adventure. We were well looked after from start to finish and had a fabulous flight over the Barossa Valley. Safety was paramount and the whole team did a great job of giving us a superb morning. Good fun and a lovely breakfast added to the adventure. I highly recommend it.

We were gifted this experience by our sons for our 60th birthdays - my husband and I - we found the company to be extremely safety conscious whilst delivering an amazing experience. Although I was fearful as I am afraid of heights Justin's vast experience made this an enjoyable flight - would thoroughly recommend and loved the Champage brekky - well done!

Great service, lovely champagne breakfast enjoyed on the banks of the Murray. Spectacular scenery. Fear of heights or flying, no problems with that on this experience. You don't even realize you have left terra firma & you gently float along enjoying the stunning SA country side & wildlife. Enjoy a treat & unwind in the peaceful serenity that is Hot Air Ballooning. An amazing adventure, totally enjoyed the whole experience! A life long dream accomplished, Justin, John, Jimmy & Tamara really know their business. Floating above the beautiful Barossa Valley in autumn was fascinating, the height was never a problem. Landing was a breeze, a light tap, a slight drag, and we were down then the fun of packing that huge balloon into its small bag, a short drive, followed by a wonderful champagne breakfast. Thank you Justin and the crew for the wonderful memories

Fantastic, exciting, interesting. Due to Justin's meticulous preparation (one cancellation due to wind and relocation of the starting point to Blanchetown) we always felt to be in safe hands. No "gang ho" approach to ballooning! Thanks also to Tamara for the idyllic breakfast picnic at the banks of the mighty Murray and the beautiful photos. Our Scottish visitors were also impressed.

The most amazing morning ever, floating above the river and the best ever weather. the sun was just kissing the cliffs of the Murray. I don't do heights but at no time was I concerned by how high we were as I felt great confidence in our pilot Justin and the breakfast on the banks of the river finished off a wonderful experience, and we had birthday cake to all concerned a BIG Thank you

What could be more perfect than taking off as the sun rose-AMAZING. Although I was apprehensive due to my fear of heights, thanks to Justin's professional organisation in keeping us completely informed about the whole experience, my husband and I loved every moment. We had a group of 9 on board- strangers to start and mates by breakfast -yes champagne and amazing breakfast after the flight(provided by Justin's lovely wife). Justin presented us with a Balloon Flight Certificate and we were able to purchase a disk of photos of our memorable flight. At 60 years old I can honestly say DO IT- you won't be sorry!

Great adventure, obviously a very experienced ballooning organisation with the ability to put passengers at ease and to provide information about the geographic area as well as responding to questions about the equipment etc. It was a lovely experience with 5 star personal service. What a fantastic thing to do, we did it as a couple and it was a wonderful experience to share with that special someone, I am actually afraid of heights and wondered how I would go but wanted the experience anyway. No fear whatsoever. It was just plain fantastic and the hour we spent in the air flew by. (pardon the pun) we would definitely do this again. The breakfast that followed was from local and home made produce and delicious.

Had a brilliant birthday present of a balloon ride with this company. Lovely people. Learnt heaps about the sport from a very skilled pilot. An awesome experience altogether! Yummy homemade champagne breakfast was a lovely touch.

Was a surprise birthday gift. Justin collected us from our accommodation and we had the best experience. All the staff were friendly & professional and more than happy to help. Obviously this is very dependant on the weather but the team at BBA made sure they tried all their options to give us a flight. Well Done and thank you!!!!!

The Barossa Balloon Adventures was everything I thought it would be and more!
I brought a voucher for my dad's 60th birthday with the hope that his wife would go with him…..this was not to be! Although I had quite a fear of doing it I decided that it was something I would not regret. On our first attempt the weather forecast for our flight day was supposedly fantastic yet with the 4:30am start and several balloon tests, it was just not meant to be. We waited nearly 2 months before trying again. This time everything was perfect! The staff were very professional, explained each step and what to expect. The staff friendly approach made us feel very comfortable and this eased my feelings of anxiety. They encouraged us to join in on the setting up and packing up of the balloon which also made the experience more memorable. The feeling of 'floating' and seeing the murry river and vast country side from different heights was fantastic. The landing was very smooth and I was disappointed that we had finished. The champagne breakfast was a beautiful way to end a fantastic experience. We will do it again!
