Did not deliver on what was requested and paid for. I was heavily ripped off and had the wrong coloured flowers, incorrect products despite many photos being sent. I would recommend against using this company.

We had Balwyn Events style our wedding venue and provide bouquets and
button holes. The florist never once called me back or responded to my emails after our first meeting where I paid a deposit, I had to go through reception to make sure the florist even received photos of what I wanted - never confirmed by her once. When she needed to talk to me she could call however. Like on my actual wedding day to bark at me down the phone "if you want your flowers you'll have to come and get them" as she didn't want to
park and deliver the flowers to our hotel room. After hanging up on me she
ignored two calls from me half an hour later, never made me aware of where
she'd left the flowers or if she had just left. My bridesmaide rang
reception and they said they had had flowers dropped off but didn't know
where they were for.. I have still not heard from them to this day. That
summed up their absolutely ridiculous level of service. The button holes
were suppose to be at my now-husbands earlier than mine and arrived just as
the photographer was leaving. Some delivery boy dressed in black literally thrust the box upon my partner and drove off - we noe realise that was because all the flowers were brown and dead on the outside. Our photographer (who
actually cared about our wedding) pealed dead layers away- which was such a
great use of resources.. We also heard from my make up artist who had gone
to a Balwyn Events function the day before that they had delivered the
wrong flowers and half of them were dead and needed replacing. This company
is rude, impersonal and definitely not worth anywhere near what they ask in
price. Save your money for a company that actually care. They (a snarky, young flippant receptionist) harassed me with calls, emails, and the thread of not ordering the flowers if they didn't suddenly get a payment within an
hour even though I was interstate and they knew this. No warning..

Multiple aspects of what we had discussed and written down at our meeting
were completely absent. I.e zero floristry on the bridal table, just tea
light candles. The florist had originally told me that tea light candles in
that venue wouldn't work at all. Our actual venue and planners also had a
very negative vibe toward us using this particular company when we
mentioned they'd be styling. Save your time, money and disappointment.
A wedding is a celebration, something special. These people will bring you
down.

I booked Balywn Events chair covers for my wedding, advising the of the venue, and paid a deposit of $50. I later found out that my venue would not accept Balwyn Event products due to their poor quality. I called Balwyn Events to cancel but they refused to provide a refund. Ensure your venue will accept Balwyn Events products before you order from them!

Fortnight before my wedding I decided to organise chair covers and sash and table center piece, Balwyn events were so helpful, arrange for a meeting after business hours so I don't have to miss out on work. Reasonable prices. The center piece flowers were awesome for $25 and all the guest were applauding how lovely it looks. Very impressed.

Friendly staff, very reasonable prices, beautiful flowers. They also provided some great table centre pieces for our wedding tables.

We were recommended to this business by one of our friends. These guys are very excellent. Arrived in time to setup. Weather was bad on the day but these guys were patient and helpful. I recommend this business to any one!! Our function room was very beautiful

We used this business to order and organise our seat covers and sashes for our wedding venue. They were a pleasure to use, easy, hassle free. They set up all covers and sashes for $5 each (weekday) and then removed too!

I met with Tracey to order my wedding flowers and showed her samples of the bridesmaids dresses and pictures of bouquets I liked. She was able to suggest a number of alternative flowers that were in season (to keep costs down) and would match the girls dresses perfectly. She was also able to put together the reception centrepieces with only two days notice. The flowers were delivered to three locations with no hassels.
