Our floors are three years down now and they still look great!

However don't ever lay a sisal rug down on them or put it under the dining table. Ours have worn through from the fibres and ruined the overall look, making it look like a dotted floor from the sisal gaps and rubbing!! Disappointed we did this and will need to resand( which I'm not fond of with pre finished boards) the entire floor to get the complete colour and imperfections right!

From purchase to installation the process was extremely professional and focused on the needs of the purchaser.

We decided on Bamboozle after my parents had it installed in their house - 15 years later and it still looks as good as it did when it was first laid.

Even though our sale took nearly 18 months to complete due to building delays, Craig kept in frequent communication checking up on the progress of our build, he was available to answer all our questions and the showroom staff were always very friendly whenever we went in.

I love our new floor, it looks amazing and every one of our visitors so far has commented on how beautiful the colour is. The installer did a brilliant job cutting the boards around the doors and kitchen cupboards. I cannot recommend Bamboozle highly enough

A sensational purchasing experience from first showroom enquiry to final completion. Great product, cheaper versions don't come close... Final product looks great and attention to detail by the layer cannot be faulted ... A fantastic job by all involved and the house was left clean and tidy upon completion.

Very good product, and very good service up until final payment. Very poor customer service afterwards, repeated calls, messages and finally rearranging of schedule for return of installer to fix minor issue only for installer to not show. Issue remains unresolved and have lost patience with all parties to try and resolve. Disappointing that an expensive home improvement spend like this would end so poorly after they got their money.

No comments to make, our flooring is in a new build and we paid a deposit. The staff were very patient as the build took quite a while. We had no problem with updates and communicating with staff. A particular mention regarding the installer. He was fantastic and went the extra mile for us, nothing was too much problem to him and did a superb job.
