I was referred to B&E by a bike enthusiast, and you can see why when you look in the shop. These guys are reliable, honest and hardworking. I’ve never asked but assumed it was a family run business. Each time I have been, I’ve witnessed them go beyond for customers, fixing stuff free, advising of future maintenance issues without any pressure “to get it done now, here”. I’m very impressed and don’t recommend mechanics to people unless I’m confident their experience will replicate mine. In B&E I have that confidence.
