They were not wearing safety equipment when they were on my pitched roof, and they told me that one of the workers nearly fell off. They said that a tree branch needed to be removed for them to complete the job - which was fair enough. I had the tree branch removed and I tried to rebook them, but they have ignored my emails.
Disappointed as it was an unfinished job but it still cost me a lot.

Blair called me a soon as i posted the job request, and arranged for James to come out two days later. They were friendly and did a great job, I would highly recommend them! Thanks again B&L

Very happy. After almost getting conned by a roof restoration business about the condition of my roof (tiles), B&L gave me an honest assessment of the condition of my roofing tiles (great!) included with a gutter clean and fixed an improperly installed down pipe.
