Bank of Queensland

A great bank - really good service, really good deals, friendly, approachable, and very convenient for all Hospital Staff. I've not had one problem and they've always gone out of their way to assist.

My partner and I were looking to change banks due to the impersonal nature and the long waiting times for service. Someone at my work told me to check out Tracey's Bank of Queensland. She is the manager and franchisee! We both went in and opened our savings account and received pre-approval for our house and land package in less than two hours. I can't remember the last time my Bank Manager made me a coffee in a real mug! She also gave us her mobile number - wow, that's service!
