I was over banking with heav fees and no rewards with impersonal service. Bankwest is the opposite, they have great customer service and rewarding products, I signed up for the transaction account that rewards you for doing your banking. I got a savings account and credit card with them too. Their products are very competitive, it's no wonder they were rewarded bank of the year a few years in a roll. They have a coin counting machine too for all those piggy bank loose change too. I actually enjoy banking now!

The staff here are always amazing. Super friendly people make such a difference to the service experience.

The service centers are smaller than other banks at the moment, but there is barely human traffic there, and the staff are extremely helpful.
