I was over banking with heav fees and no rewards with impersonal service. Bankwest is the opposite, they have great customer service and rewarding ...

The staff here are always amazing. Super friendly people make such a difference to the service experience.

The service centers are smaller than other banks at the moment, but there is barely human traffic there, and the staff are extremely helpful.
