I was very impressed with the service I received here. I was after some rat poison and had been told to get pellets which I found and took to he counter. The guy serving me asked what size area I needed to cover and suggested a product which was as effective but much cheaper per square meter.

There is one particular worker at Mitre 10 Blackwood, who unfortunately I can't remember his name. He has brown curly hair and really goes out of his way to help customers. When we wanted passionfruit vines, he made sure he got them in for us. His advice is really good, and you can tell that he cares about his job. He goes that extra mile. They are a bit pricier than some of the other hardware stores, but for the customer service and advice, it is worth paying that little bit extra.
