I dined in this restaurant with a discount voucher ($39 for 2 entrees and 2 mains). I saw that this place had really bad reviews but I decided to keep an open mind for the visit. This restaurant used to be where Big Chef was and perhaps it might still be the same order. Back to my dinner, for entrees, we had the Grill Prawns (normal price $18 for 6 prawns) and Baby Octopus (normal price $18 for a small bowl). Taste was ok, but I thought it was a tad expensive, especially the prawns.

But the mains were a different story. My partner had the mixed grill which had a huge portion of chips and salad, plus 2 skewers of chicken, 1 skewer of beef and 1 lamb skewer. They were great and chicken was amazingly tender (normal price $26.90). I had the Cantina Special Chicken and again, chicken was deliciously marinated and very tender and juicy, served with huge portion of chips and salad ($25.90). Both the mains present great value for quality and quantity. I had had a lot worse for a lot more money.

I would certainly visit again although I must say that they ambience needs to be a little lively, and less cavernous and cold.
