The day before my 40th birthday party we got a new gas bottle for our BBQ and found it was leaking somewhere. It wasn't the bottle so it must have been the BBQ or the regulator. I took the regulator to BBQs Galore and the first thing the salesman said was "where's the other bit'? Turned out our nozzle had snapped and fallen off so while I was half expecting to have a to buy a new BBQ or regulator, all I spent was $3.95 on a new nozzle!! Brilliant service, great to have someone who knows what they are talking about and who doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. Well done!
