After only paying $130 or so out of pocket for a pair of Quiksilver glasses, and a pair of FCUK prescription sunglasses after private health insurance returns, have been back twice to have my glasses adjusted if I'd fallen asleep on them etc!! Never an issue, latest visit nosepads replaced for no charge as well as a polish. Go Specsavers!!

The day before my 40th birthday party we got a new gas bottle for our BBQ and found it was leaking somewhere. It wasn't the bottle so it must have been the BBQ or the regulator. I took the regulator to BBQs Galore and the first thing the salesman said was "where's the other bit'? Turned out our nozzle had snapped and fallen off so while I was half expecting to have a to buy a new BBQ or regulator, all I spent was $3.95 on a new nozzle!! Brilliant service, great to have someone who knows what they are talking about and who doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. Well done!

I needed to have a 5 seat microsuede lounge suite cleaned urgently so needed a dry cleaning service. They did an excellent job on the lounge and while they were here offered to get the worst of the carpet stains out for another $50 - it came up a treat, better than when we moved in. In a damp climate like Townsville dry cleaning is obviously the better option and I highly recommend Electrodry!
