First time they came out to fix a window. They measured it and returned with the wrong size glass. They then had to re do it, $250 for a basic small window replacement in business hours. I thought this was expensive but gave them the benefit of the doubt.
The second time I engaged their services (not realising it was the same business) as I had a product needing a mirror insertion. They did it incorrectly. I had to ask them to re do it. They then sold me a faulty product (it was a hpicture hook at a minimal cost) however on it breaking, they wouldn't replace it even though they asked for photos. No reason as to why, just wouldn't return my phone call. As a result had to repair plaster in my home and be out of pocket.
So rather than argue, I thought online feedback was appropriate. The manager when in the store was so rude and condescending to one of their employees. Humiliating the poor kid in front of me. They are abrasive and sarcastic. You'll notice this feedback on other sites.
Go somewhere else.
