They came out and quoted a bathroom reno, and we have not had contact from them for 5 weeks. We have called them a couple of times and no return call. Their business must be booming if they can pick and choose their jobs, if so a phone call to say they are not interested would be good. Basset plumbing gets a big thumbs down from us, just poor customer service
