A big shout out to Kai and Steve at battery world in Pakenham.
I broke down right out front of the shop and Kai went above and beyond his job to help me out with a battery and got me back on the road in no time.

Great excellent service. They not only helped me find right batteries for my mobile & remote car key, but also helped me fix it as I had no knowledge of how to. Great value for the money. They only charged me for the batteries and not for the service. I saved $$$$. Great Service by Steve.
Very helpful including when I was a complete idiot asking for the wrong battery, not trying to make me feel like I was wrong but correcting me at the same time. Cheapest battery I could find too.
