Toufun is great at what he does, and it's easy to see that he enjoys it as well. He has a keen eye for detail, and takes a lot of pride in his work. His communication skills are exemplary - he kept me up to date every step of the way. When a problem arose, he just rolled up his sleeves and offered to fix it. I would highly recommend him, and definitely use his services again if required.

Installation of four windows.
Toufun was ABSOLUTELY outstanding as a professional. Firstly, he listened carefully to what our requirements were. Second, he was meticulous in the installation. We have an old house and consequently small changes (which were unexpected, but time consuming), were nevertheless incorporated smoothly into the job. If it didn't quite look correct, Toufun made the extra effort till it was perfect. He is courteous and well mannered. We recommend him unreservedly.

Removal of an old bay window and install of a new aluminium one. Toufun did a great job, no fuss, and cleaned up also.
