Purchased a keyboard on December 11th. Eventually received it 3rd of March. Nick and Louise were on top of tracking a tracing it. If lost, we were given 2 options to either have a full refund or resend another unit to viva a different company.
All turned out well in the end

I purchased a digital piano kit from Bavas Music City via Catch in October. When I received my delivery a few key items noted on the advertisement were missing. When contacting them to find out more I was met with silence until I had the Catch Customer Service team get involved. However, the response I got was curt and dismissive to the point of making it seems as though I was lying about what I had seen in the advertisement. I reached out to the Catch team again and the matter was investigated further and I eventually got a response from BMC that admitted that the advertisement had stated various items I hadn't received and that this was an error - nothing they could do about that. They offered a stand in place of what I had purchased from them in good faith which I reluctantly accepted in early November but which I am still waiting on despite attempts to contact them to find out what is happening and to get a tracking number for the item. I get it, mistakes happen. But good customer service involves treating your customer with basic respect which I certainly don't feel I got from BMC. I'm pretty sure that receiving a timely reply in the first place, explaining that an error had been made and offering an apology would have actually resulted in me accepting that it was a mistake and moving on. But now I am left in limbo, with a VERY poor impression of this business and a desire to make sure I let as many people as possible know what to expect from them when things go wrong.

I ve been dealing with Bava’s for over 30 years, in the days when they were originally located in Cabramatta. Nick and family have been very helpfull from day one. I bought a lot of instruments and accessories from them. Would recommend them highly and their prices are very competative, and if found cheaper elsewhere, they will match. Great business store.

Fabulous service thank you Nick. I received my FA06 at 12:15pm today. That is about 16 hours after order! Not bad SYDNEY to Melbourne! You certainly understand that musicians "want it now! " Please thank all concerned with despatch.

Bava's have a store in Liverpool as well as a website for online orders. The staff are always friendly, give honest advice and prices are inline with others in the area.

Dealt with them over the internet and the phone to get an order across to perth!
they went out of their way to get it here quickly
and when it came it was perfect, wrapped and looked amazing!
the staff were awesome every step of the way and got a good price to!
