Martha my English Springer is sooo spoilt at home, but Bayside is a home from home for her, the staff are most friendly and caring and the kennels themselves are spotless.

Our dogs get so excited driving into the car park as they know they are going to be having a doggy holiday. They always come back clean and happy.

I'm extremely happy with Bayside Dog accommodation. Had to urgently put my dogs into accommodation & once arrived I was at ease with Julies the caretaker sincere warmth & the kennels environment. I Picked my dogs up after 4 days & I can't say enough how wonderful the kennel is & how happy & content my dogs were. I'm a fussy customer & if this were not up to scratch there be no way if settle for less. Now I've booked them in for their next holiday. I feel very fortunate to have found Bayside dog kennels.

My Fox Terrier X loves Bayside Pet Centre, she starts squealing with excitement as we drive into the road. Staff are so caring and genuinely care for the dogs. I know my dog is happy and safe here, highly recommended!

Our Jack Russell and Border Collie absolutely LOVE coming to Bayside Pet Centre. On occassion I have had them jump out of my car and run back inside and lean into (cuddle) staff in their office. We have been coming here since 2009 (after trying indoor kennels and other kennels, which our dogs came back from very unsettled). We now would NEVER use any other kennel. Our dogs are extremely relaxed and happy. They love the attention and grassed gardens and Bayside have always communicated very well,so we trust them and their judgement.

We have 2 very over the top labs. They were with Bayside Pet Centre for 3 weeks and have come home in excellent condition. They look great and came home very happy.
The staff are so good and the facilty is second to none.

After researching a few kennels, this one looked clean and well kempt and the staff member who showed us round seemed friendly and knowledgeable. However, we were shocked when we picked up our dog after 3 weeks to find she had lost 10 percent of her body weight and were disappointed the kennel took the view that this was minimal and acceptable. Would not recommend to others. (We did get her checked at the vet's and there was no illness to describe this).

Great place to leave your dog. People are friendly and the it is really clean. Price is good too. I know heaps of people who leave there dogs there. They also have places for cats.
