I can't recommend Bayside tiles highly enough. I have been in there several times throughout my renovation and each time they have answered all my questions and given us some fantastic ideas. Walking into a tile shop, with all the possible combinations and technical elements to consider, can be a bit daunting. But Linda talked us through it all. They make sure they take the time to talk to you and get an idea of what you are hoping to achieve with your project. I love their range and their prices are excellent too.

We are replacing both existing tiles and carpeted areas with polished porcelain floor tiles. We first went to Beaumont's in Frankston and looked at their range. After explaining what we were looking for the sales person started to TELL US what we wanted, from their range of course. So with that we left the store. By chance the company that is replacing our kitchen had a tile shop about 4 shops up from them so my wife and I went in and had a look. the manager was very helpful when we explained what sort of tile (colours) we wanted to match the new kitchen and the existing wall colour etc she showed us a few different colours that she thought would be ok. She was BANG ON. then she explained what the differences' between them were, ease of cleaning, how a particular size tile can make a room look bigger or smaller etc. So we ended up choosing a 600x300 polished porcelain. She happily gave us a full size sample to try in situ at home, perfect. So we ordered them on the next day. I have taken the sample to a couple of other places, including Beaumont's Who couldn't match it exactly but they had one very close, same size, same brand etc and $8 per Sqm dearer, plus delivery. another place was $6.50 per Sqm dearer for an identical tile, again plus delivery. So not only do Bayside tiles know what she is talking about but they are very competitive with their prices as well. Want tiles (floor or wall) or any accessories or equipment then Bayside tiles in Seaford is where I would go and have gone. Well done Linda.

Approximate cost: $3000.00
