Bazoo is a good little bar for after work drinks and small celebrations. Don't expect it to be suitable for anything large as it is quite a small bar. I must say however, the 8 year old that was collecting empty glasses was somewhat hilarious.

We went here for a 18th birthday party and to say we weren't impressed...understatement!

Tucked away behind the main street in Croydon you feel like you are about to discover some amazing little gem, but really, you just find something little that happens to have booze.

Inside, Bazoo bar is teeny weeny. It got very squishy and uncomfortable once more guests arrived and there were very few places to sit. The 'function' room is really just the main room. There are no other rooms but it leads you to think there are. The bar staff seemed to be more worried about their 'coolness' than pulling drinks and the toilets are hardly clean or enough to cater for the amount of barely 18 year olds who swamp the place.

The fingerfood provided can be found in any Coles or Safeway freezer and given a quick blast in the microwave, which I'm sure is what happened here.

Personally, I wouldn't book a function here. Nor would I go here for a social visit. There are a lot better places around than this.

What a great place. Hidden away and have to find but well worth the effort. They have a free Function room. Thinking of using it for our next serious party. Trendy and great looking place. Nice patrons and staff. Pulls the right crowd.

I engaged this venue for my daughters 21st. The venue is a cute sophisticated trendy bar which would hold about 100 comfortably but on the night of my daughters party 50 of our family and friends and 150 extra people attented. 2 security guards for the entire place. it was shoulder to shoulder we had booked the venue, we were not allowed to make speeches or use the flat screen tv to show some photos until after the football was finished which was 10.30. The underage had to leave by 10.30 which we understood but we were unable to have speeches or to have the cake because the football was on. There were 2 toilets for 200 people. Its a shame because I was impressed with the look of the place but i would not recommend any private party there. We were also told on the night that the tab at the bar had to be paid in case which is hard to get $1000 to $1500 out of the bank at last minute. We should have been told this when booking the venue as the whole night was spoilt for me because I had to get my family to go to bank and get $500 lots Most people are aware that you can only get amounts of $500 in cash per day. HOW EMBARRASSING.

The most amazing atmosphere is found in this little tucked out of the way bar. With Free BBQ facilities and oftentimes free pizza on the busy nights, Bazoo is a great place to relax and have fun. The best deck ever, with plenty of room to roam and play, some good looking staff and some amazingly good looking patrons.

I am a big wrap for this moden bar situated down an alleyway on Main St Croydon. It is a hidden gem. Open most nights through out the week, the Sunday sessions are the best. With a juke box pumping, couches for those times of relaxation, big dance floor, and an outside area with fully furnished gas heaters, but in Summer its the perfect place for a cold beer and a chat...there isn't much wrong with Bazoo The bar staff are always happy and helpful, with plenty of drink variety. Often the staff will supply free pizza aswell through out the night. A great local spot.
