You cannot expect to compete with rideshares companies when you never show up.

More than happy to take my money for a booking in advance, don't bother calling when you don't show up, and then it takes a formal complaint to get my refund.

We had been going to Balsamic almost weekly for about 2-3 years now. Always had been fantastic service, well priced and good food. In the last month it has absolutely gone downhill. Have you changed management or something?
In our past 4 visits we have noticed the quality of food has gotten worse, with smaller meal sizes. Price however is on the steady incline. If Balsamic is wanting to go a bit higher-class, by all means go for it- but the food quality and portion size needs much review!
Our past 4 visits have seen kids running around screaming, loud babies and overall a horrible dining experience. Balsamic has the prices of a nice inner-city restaurant with the food, service and dining experience of Daisey's in Ringwood. Clearly this business model isn't working as it is often near-empty.

Take some notes from Pancake Parlour across the road. Excellent food, well-priced, student specials, nice environment (no rampant kids!) and amazing service.

The banana smoothies are definitely my favourite thing here. Food is absolutely incredible and has impressed us every time. Service could probably be sped up a bit and it is a tad on the pricey side but you do get what you pay for. Well done :)

Bazoo is a good little bar for after work drinks and small celebrations. Don't expect it to be suitable for anything large as it is quite a small bar. I must say however, the 8 year old that was collecting empty glasses was somewhat hilarious.

We went here last night as it was the only place open when we needed dinner. I ordered the fish and chips (essentially overcooked fish fingers with fries) but made it clear that I have an intolerance to tartare sauce and if this could be changed to tomato it would be fantastic. The girl at the counter said no worries and told the people cooking. We also had some sweet and sour sauce ordered for our nuggets. Got the order, no sweet and sour sauce and it came with tartare sauce. I went to the counter and then the guys serving grumpily snatched it off me and then tossed the correct sauces across the counter. Would it be so hard to teach the staff some manners, let alone decent customer service. I can't say I expected anything more from a maccas, but being a new store you'd want to impress.

We just moved around the corner and were needing to look for a new pizza place. Saw that Pizza Fever had good reviews on urbanspoon so thought we'd give it a go. I was very impressed with the quality of the ingredients, prompt service and well priced for gourmet pizzas. We will be coming back very soon! :)
