Their combination roast meat are the best in town. Their lunch special $9.50 with many choices are excellent.

Still good this one. The hanging meats are as inviting as ever and they will happily chop it up for you on request.
But if you dine in, be sure to ask for the pork and century egg congee. One of my faves

If you are stuck to find an Asian eatery open, then BBQ city is the place to go. They stay open quite late but the food is really quite average! It's cheap and nasty Chinese food to be honest.

It was good. Went here for my Chinese Roast meat needs.
I liked their roast pork, was half half, so was moist, yet tasty but not too gluggy. Char Siew was tasty.
Didn't really care for the ribs. Bit sweet, not enough meat.

Went here a while ago.. the food and price were okay, but the customer service wasn't so good.

The food was well-priced, for example a large plate of seafood and rice cost just $11.50 - however, it was very bland. Nevertheless, the fried rice was great and was a large serving. The staff could be friendlier though.

Average service.
prices are definately low and lots of variety to choose from.
They don't do individual bills if eating in a group.
Seafood Dishes are a no no.

This place is perfect for students or if you are on a budget. It has so much variety at such low prices. Everytime we come here, we leave with very full bellies.

The food arrives quickly and usually all together. The service is so-so, but it isn't a silver service establishment.

The food here is typical of what you would find in half decent local cafe style ground floor restaurant in HK. Good to visit every now and then to remember the days I stayed in HK :-) Prices are competitive and the food is tasty. They have a reasonable standard of Char Siu (BBQ pork) but probably not quite up the standard typically found in HK itself. I also like the odd fried fish and corn sauce dish too. Again a typical HK style invention to add corn to all sort unexpected things. But it is yummy, so I give them thumbs up!

I thought this place was great! Everytime I visit it is flat out producing quick tasty dishes. The service isnt great but who cares when you are eating great food. The peaking duck is my favourite. Last time I visited they were a little stingy on the meal sizes but it was still well worth it as the previous time I was so fully I almost had to be roled out.

Approximate cost: $20
